Busselton Jetty - A Sea Of Discovery is an immersive documentary that chronicles the remarkable journey of the Busselton Jetty Artificial Reef project from conception to realisation. The film offers an in-depth look at the creation, deployment, and growth processes of the artificial reef, highlighting its profound impact on Western Australia’s marine environment and community.
Through exclusive interviews with the talented artists involved and dedicated Busselton Jetty staff, viewers gain unique insights into the inspiration and challenges behind the ambitious project. The Artificial Reef project has added 500m² of reef habitat, fostering marine biodiversity and enhancing the ecological landscape of Geographe Bay. ...A Sea of Discovery documents the environmental achievements and explores social outcomes, illustrating how the reef has become a symbol of community pride and environmental stewardship.
